Council meets two times a month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. The 2nd Wednesday is the County Municipal Meeting and the 4th is the County Council Meeting. In addition, all councilors are members of the Agricultural Service Board (ASB). In 2023 the ASB and 40 Mile Park Committees have seven meetings that will take place on the following dates: Jan 12, Feb 9, Mar 9, May 11, July 13, Sept 14 and Nov 2. The Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) meets as required on the first Wednesday of the month. The 40 Mile Park Committee meets the second Thursday of the month.
