PURSUANT to Part 17 of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, (MGA) the Council of the County of Forty Mile No. 8 in the Province of Alberta, hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt Bylaw No. 15/2024, being a bylaw to amend the existing Land Use By-Law No. 10/2009.
